Tumblr ate my last attempt at this post! Bastard. Oh well, let’s try again.

Missed yesterday due to time constraints. It feels like there aren’t enough hours in the day at the moment, though this feeling is probably more an indication of stress than any actual “time kompression”.

Good session this morning. Weights were tough but I was pleased that my workout synced perfectly with the Street Fighter II soundtrack. I now want to find the Shadow of the Colossus soundtrack after hearing Pishu extolling its virtues as an aid to weight lifting.

Currently sitting in Costa enjoying a coffee and listening to a customer and the barista discuss Polish beggars and the lack of community spirit. It’s like sitting in a Daily Mail article. :)
