My name's Pete, and I'm not the fittest person in the world. Somehow, though, I've found myself preparing for a 10K run in May, 2011.

Gym

May have forgotten to blog on Saturday. Apologies! Yesterday was, of course, Easter Sunday (a celebration we marked in our house by doing precisely nothing… Though I did complete Sonic the Hedgehog, so the day wasn’t a total loss.)

Today both Jane and I hit the gym this morning. Ish. We both had good workouts. I smashed my previous bike record by breaking the 7km in 12 minutes mark. Go me! Listening material was the latest Exploding Barrel Podcast featuring Mark “Beige” Whiting, so I have them to thank for my performance I guess. Thanks!

Still on the heavier weights. It’s getting easier. This is good!
