Gym

Exhausting day today mentally speaking and after a post-work coffee with friends I was tempted to give up and go home.

I didn’t, though. I went and did my session and while it may be quite late now I’m glad I did.

Relatively poor performance on the cardio today but after a sleepless night I think I can be excused that. Weights went well though.

Late start tomorrow so it will be something in the morning. Might swim for a change.
