I was super-tired all day today so it was a struggle to get out the door and get running. But I did, and somehow this translated into one of my best times yet. This despite running back into the wind, in the cold, trying not to get drenched by passing cars.

I’m pleased with my progress so far but am wondering whether I should start trying to ramp up the distance a little bit, maybe pushing on to 6 or 7K. I have to be able to do 10K by May. Which I’m sure is doable, I just want to pace myself properly.
