19 Pushups, 81 Situps
First up, HOLY CRAP that’s a surprisingly lot of sit-ups. That sentence doesn’t make any sort of grammatical sense but you get the idea.
Second up, do you have trapped wind? Some sit-ups will sort you right out. (As will yoga, for that matter.)
Third up, the push-ups felt significantly easier today, even though there were significantly more of them. I actually felt like I was doing them using the proper “form” rather than the cack-handed nonsense I did in the first session.
Fourth up, go me. Yeah.
