Gym

Back again! I actually gymmed it a couple of times last week but forgot to blog. For that, I apologize.

Glorious sunny day today but fortunately the aircon in the gym was fully functional, meaning it was nice and cool. Aircon is still a relative rarity in the UK compared to the States but if summer continues like this it will be a worthy investment for many places.

Mixed up my routine a bit today, largely to fit my soundtrack. Battle themes from Persona 3 and 4, plus “Long Way” from the latter make excellently inspirational workout listening, so I will be making use of them again.

Did 15 minutes on the bike followed by 15 minutes rowing, then my resistance work. Felt pretty good, though I’m aching to hell now.

Considering investing in that EA Sports Active thing at some point. Anyone have any stories to share?
