Gym

Felt like a lie-in yesterday, then late shift at work, then went to see Star Trek with Jane in the evening, so no time yesterday. Star Trek was awesome though.

Tired today. Unfortunately missed out on joining the fine gents at The Exploding Barrel Podcast for recording tonight due to cursed timezones, so dragged myself to the gym instead after work.

Did everything at my new “harder” level today. Tiring but got through. Hungry and tired now! Looking forward to a sit down without big handles attached to weights. :)
