Gym

It’s my birthday today. Was originally going to work later today, which would have been super-rubbish. I still had to work, which was still rubbish but at least I still have a bit of my evening.

Spent a day of not feeling particularly positive so wasn’t really in a gym mood tonight, but I made myself go.

It was hard work tonight. Got through everything as usual but it was a bit of a struggle.

Late workday tomorrow so may go in the morning if I wake up… Or I might have a well-earned lie-in. We shall see.
